Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your stay.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Any cancellation made more than 14 days before the arrival date entitles the customer to a full refund, less administration fees.

 

Between 14 days and 7 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total booking is retained, plus administration fees.

 

If the reservation is made less than 7 days before the arrival date, it is non-refundable.
