Hébergement Plage Robertson – Shekutamit Experience

 

These rules are intended to ensure a pleasant, safe, and respectful stay for all guests.

 

 

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time: from 4:00 PM

Check-out time: no later than 11:00 AM

Any unauthorized late check-out may result in additional charges.

 

 

Unit Occupancy

The maximum number of occupants indicated for each POD must be respected.

Unregistered visitors are not permitted to stay overnight without prior authorization.

 

 

Respect and Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Any noisy, excessive, or disruptive behavior may result in eviction without refund.

 

 

Smoking, Vaping, and Cannabis

Smoking or vaping tobacco or cannabis is strictly prohibited inside the PODs.

Cleaning fees may apply in case of non-compliance.

 

 

BBQs and Outdoor Cooking Equipment

BBQs must be used safely and under supervision at all times. It is prohibited to use BBQs near PODs, buildings, terraces, or any flammable materials. BBQs must be left clean after use. Shekutamit Experience declines all responsibility for any accident, injury, or damage resulting from improper use of BBQs.

 

 

Outdoor Furniture and Picnic Tables

Outdoor furniture (picnic tables, chairs, benches, etc.) is provided for shared use.It is prohibited to move outdoor furniture from one location to another without authorization. Furniture from the PODs must not be used outdoors or moved onto the beach. Picnic tables are not permitted on POD decks. Any damage, loss, or improper use of furniture will be charged to the responsible guest.

 

 

Animals

Animals are not permitted, except where otherwise specified or for recognized service animals. Service animals must be declared at the time of booking.

 

 

Cleanliness and Maintenance

The premises must be kept clean throughout the stay.Waste and recycling must be disposed of in designated areas.Any damage, breakage, or loss must be reported immediately.

 

 

Interior Furniture and Equipment

Furniture and equipment must remain inside the unit. It is prohibited to move or modify the layout of the PODs.

 

 

Payment and Cancellation

Payment is made according to the conditions specified at the time of booking. Applicable cancellation and refund policies are those associated with the selected rate.

 

 

Liability

Shekutamit Experience declines all responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Guests are responsible for their own safety and that of their companions.

 

 

Environment and Site Respect

Respect for the environment, the site, and the community is essential. Any damage to the environment or the site may result in penalties or additional charges.

 

 

Non-Compliance with Rules

Failure to comply with these rules may result in:

 

• additional charges,

• immediate cancellation of the stay,

• eviction without refund.
